Additional permissions are required on the created website.

1. Navigate to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\wps, right-click App_Data and select Properties. The App_Data Properties dialog opens.
2. In the App_Data Properties dialog Security tab Group or user names box, select IIS_IUSRS.
3. Click Edit.
4. In the Permissions for IIS_IUSRS box, turn on the Write permission.
5. Click Apply and then OK to close the dialog. If you get warning/error messages, you can ignore them and continue.
